Indefinitely! There is no time limit for your beta participation. However, the number of beta users is limited to ensure high-quality feedback. As a beta participant, you commit to regular participation in surveys and active help with quality assurance through bug reports and improvement suggestions.

Will my company data be transferred to external AI providers like OpenAI?

No, your sensitive company data remains protected. For all transfers to external AI systems, we use placeholder data instead of your real information. After processing by the external system, the placeholders are automatically replaced with your actual data. This way, you benefit from cutting-edge AI technology without your confidential information leaving the system.

Can I switch from the beta program to a paid plan?

Yes, you can switch to a paid plan at any time if you want the stability and guaranteed service level of the production version. Your data and configurations will be seamlessly transferred. As a beta participant, you also receive discounted rates when switching to a paid plan.

What support do I receive during the beta phase?

Beta participants receive priority email support with a maximum response time of 48 hours. Additionally, you have direct access to our development team through a dedicated feedback channel. For critical issues that block your workflow, escalation occurs with even faster processing.

How quickly are bugs and reported issues fixed?

Critical bugs that affect core functionality are fixed with highest priority within 24-72 hours. Smaller errors and improvement suggestions are addressed in our weekly update cycles. You always receive transparent updates on the status of your reported issues through our ticket tracker.

Can I register multiple users from my company in the beta program?

Yes, we welcome the participation of multiple users from one company. Up to 5 users per company can participate in the beta program. This enables more comprehensive testing of various use cases and provides us with more valuable feedback. Simply contact us during registration to set up multiple accounts.

What are the technical requirements for use?

vergabefix is a web-based application and only requires a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge in current version). A stable internet connection is required. No software installation is necessary. For optimal use, we recommend a desktop computer or laptop, but the application is also usable on tablets.
